Retrospective Motion Detection

Anyone aware of an app for performing retrospective motion detection on stored video files? I have several days worth of files of constant recordings and need to locate a particular incident that will have been recorded. I know exactly in which area of the video frame it occurred, but not which day or which time. Watching the files - even speeded up - is taking too much time.

Sadly it did not happen in my motion capture monitoring region in SecuritySpy.
