Recording issues - Reolink RLC-423, continuous recording

Reolink RLC-423 Upgraded to Sierra 10 days ago. Camera views are fine and smooth, when I look at recordings in browser the recordings are 1 frame every 2 seconds. I am using continuous recording, no recompression and the recommended setting from the source which have worked great in 10.11 for a couple of months.

    I'd do a quick check of the file directly from the finder using quicklook, or loading it into quicktime and see if it's fine there.

    Those files won't play in QT OR VLC.

    Clean reinstall and reducing max bit rate output from camera seems to have solved problem. Will update if that changes.

    Glad you found a way to get it working. With my camera's (either H.264, or JPEG) the files have always worked from the finder, even when I've run into glitches with the SS browser.
