Dahua 4300s Setting the time or time syncing

I do not see an option to sync with a time server nor a way to set the clock or time zone.

Suggestions?

    Use a web browser, not the Security Spy app and go to the IP address of the camera.
    log in to the camera and go to Setup->System->General->Date&Time

    Thank you very much. I ran through the settings in the camera a dozen times and did not see that tab. Sometimes someone just has to point it out to you.
