Can't view captures/recordings from iPhone app

Not sure what changed, but my captures are not viewable on my phone. I check my computer and everything is recording fine. My cameras are able to be viewed fine from the app, but when I go to "Captures", the screen says "No Cameras". I'm sure it's something simple, but not sure what changed as I was able to view recordings before. Any ideas?

  • This sounds like a permissions issue - check that the account you are using in the iOS app has full access to your cameras. It's generally best to use an administrator account so that the iOS app has full access to everything.
