  • We haven't come across this camera before so I'm not immediately sure which settings will work. The specifications on the page you link to make no mention of ONVIF support unfortunately.

    Please try this:

    - Download and install the latest beta version of SecuritySpy (currently 4.1.7b12).

    - Go to Preferences -> Cameras -> Device and make sure the address, username and password settings are correct for the camera.

    - Click the "Auto-Detect Profiles" button. SecuritySpy will then go through all its built-in camera profiles in turn, to find ones that work with your camera. This process may take up to 10 minutes.

    - If it has returned any working profiles, double-click one of them to apply the settings, then click the "Apply Preferences" button.

Does this work? If so, please report back here the names of the working profile(s), as this will be helpful to other users.
  • Thank you, unfortunately there were no comparable profiles. I am looking into replacing it with another camera.

I am considering this model from ANNKE

    Link: http://www.annke.com/i61dq-ip-camera-2mp-1080p-hd-monitor-pir-3d-dnr-two-way-audio-293.html

It lists the following in the specifications standards ONVIF(PROFILE S,PROFILE G),PSIA,CGI,ISAPI

    Any insight would be appreciated!
  • That's a shame about the Lefun camera.

We haven't confirmed compatibility with Annke cameras, however if they support ONVIF they should work.

However it's always safer to go for a camera that's already on our list of compatible cameras.

For example, have a look at Amcrest.
