AH, though I had the same problem, but I've found the answer! The camera info window was 'collapsed' - hold the left mouse button and drag on the bottom of the window to expand it and show the 'hidden' info.
Yes sorry, sometimes by default the window is too short so you need to make it taller. The next update will impose a larger minimum height for this window.
