I have a VB-C10, which is a PTZ. SecuritySpy does connect with it but does not give me the PTZ functionality. Is there something I am missing or is this feature not supported in SecuritySpy with this model of camera?
Hi - Sorry but SecuritySpy does not support PTZ for this camera due to the unusual way in which the camera implements this functionality. Almost always we can support such features but unfortunately it wasn't possible in this case. Please refer to our list of compatible cameras to determine which features of which cameras are supported.
