Any inexpensive wireless, battery powered, ONVIF cameras?

Looking for a cheap wireless, battery powered, ONVIF cameras to use with security spy at home. Anybody found this particular holy grail?

I'm afraid this simply does not exist. RTSP streaming, which is used by ONVIF and SecuritySpy, is an always-on stream, and a battery-powered camera wouldn't have the capacity to achieve this for periods of time long enough to make it useful. Your best solution is going to be to run an Ethernet cable (e.g. Cat 5e) to this location and use a PoE (Power-over-Ethernet) camera (along with a PoE switch to power it).
