I am looking at ways to parse captured footage from one of my cameras with an ANPR/ALPR piece of software.
I've been trialing the free version of sighthound ALPR - it runs in docker (which is great) - but lacks any real configuration or alerting options. One small example, it's not possible to constrain the number of video files it tires to process, so it will consume all of the CPU on your machine if a few videos come in one after another.
