unable to view any footage/images

had things working at first, however after a few days im unable to view any motion videos, images through the app browser. this was working at first. the vids/images do populate on the nas (however some of them are not viewable). "view captured footage" browser just has the spinning wheel and never produces anything. Annoying. Any ideas?

    This isn't a known problem, and we'll need more information to diagnose this. Please email support@bensoftware.com and include the log file (File menu in SecuritySpy -> Open Log), and please let us know how exactly you are attempting to view the captured footage (e.g. Safari web browser on macOS? Or our iOS app perhaps?)
