unable to view any footage/images
  • had things working at first, however after a few days im unable to view any motion videos, images through the app browser. this was working at first. the vids/images do populate on the nas (however some of them are not viewable). "view captured footage" browser just has the spinning wheel and never produces anything. Annoying. Any ideas?
  • This isn't a known problem, and we'll need more information to diagnose this. Please email support@bensoftware.com and include the log file (File menu in SecuritySpy -> Open Log), and please let us know how exactly you are attempting to view the captured footage (e.g. Safari web browser on macOS? Or our iOS app perhaps?)
