remotesight no audio?

I have a once working remotesight install in an iMac, in the preferences the audio is turned on, and I know that did work a few weeks back. Now when I pull up the camera I get only video. If I try to pull up the audio stream on a different window, for a very brief period I get the typical triangle for some audio file to start playing and shortly thereafter That triangle is with a line through stating there is a problem.

Any hint how to resolve that?

    RemoteSight is designed as a companion product for SecuritySpy, so the audio from RemoteSight is designed to work with SecuritySpy only (it won't work directly in web browsers). So are you using SecuritySpy to receive the streams from RemoteSight, or some other software? Your description indicates that you may be using a web browser.
